General Provisions

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on the 90jill platform is ৳300. Accepted payment methods for deposits are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Deposits are generally processed instantly, though a slight delay may occur for bank transfers.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

  • The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
  • Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
  • Withdrawals will only be made using the same method as the deposit.
  • Withdrawals may be restricted if bonus wagering requirements have not been completed.
  • Withdrawal requests will be held if identity verification has not been completed.

All transactions on the 90jill platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). For transactions in foreign currency, the prevailing exchange rate will apply and an additional conversion charge may be imposed.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

90jill gives newly registered members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. A deposit of ৳18,000 earns a ৳8,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳26,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

5.3 Bonus Terms of Use

  • A user may not use a promotional offer more than once.
  • Bonuses may only be used on eligible games — certain games may be excluded from bonus use.

  • Attempting to earn bonuses through fraudulent means will result in account closure.
  • 90jill reserves the right to change, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.

Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 90jill platform:

  • Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
  • Using software bots, scripts, or automated techniques to operate games.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
  • Harassing, threatening, or insulting other users.
  • Attempting to breach the platform's security systems or hacking.
  • Opening or operating an account using a false identity.
  • Exploiting platform errors or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in immediate account closure, all funds may be forfeited, and legal action will be taken if necessary.

Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Termination by User

You may request closure of your account at any time. Available funds should be withdrawn before the account is closed. The account will be closed within 7 business days of the request being submitted.

10.2 Termination by 90jill

90jill reserves the right to suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:

  • In the event of a breach of the Terms.
  • If fraudulent activity is suspected.
  • In the event of failure to complete identity verification.
  • If an account remains inactive for an extended period.
  • For legal or regulatory reasons.

10.3 Inactive Accounts

If there are no transactions or logins for 12 consecutive months, the account will be marked as "inactive". An administrative fee may be applied to inactive accounts. The user will be notified in advance.

Limitation of Liability

90jill makes every effort to operate a safe and reliable platform, however 90jill will not be held responsible in the following cases:

  • Game losses due to internet connection disruption.
  • Delays or failures by third-party payment providers.
  • Unexpected technical errors or server outages.
  • Issues with the user's own device.
  • Problems arising from the user providing incorrect information.

In no case shall 90jill's maximum liability exceed the actual deposit amount made by the user in the relevant month.
